This was a significant moment in their lives, and as a parent, it was my dream to see my children graduate and celebrate their achievements. However, I was deprived of this opportunity due to the restrictions.
I understand that there may have been valid reasons for the restrictions, but as a parent, I feel that my rights to participate in my children's lives were unfairly restricted. I believe that there could have been better alternatives to ensure safety while also allowing parents to be present for their children's important events.

The pain of missing my daughter's milestones, including teaching her to drive and her sweet 16, was unbearable. She moved to New York, but I have not been able to visit or spend time with her since she was 14 years old. We are still close.
