Not reporting a child on an adult-only site is a felony
When a person is arrested for soliciting a profile, anyone who knew about the profile and failed to report it may have committed a felony for allowing it to remain online. This applies to anyone, regardless of gender. The statute of limitations for arresting these individuals who neglected to report the profile is three years.
In 2012, Florida enacted the Sandusky Law that made it mandatory for all citizens to report.

Chapter 39.01(35)(b) “Commits, or allows to be committed, sexual battery, as defined in chapter 794, or lewd or lascivious acts, as defined in chapter 800, against the child.” and (35)(c)2 “Engage in a sexual performance, as defined by chapter 827.”
